SwishVPN is committed to privacy, transparency, and accountability. This report provides an overview of government data requests, third-party inquiries, and actions taken by SwishVPN in line with our No-Logs Policy.
1. No-Logs Means No Data to Share
Because we do not collect or store user activity logs, we have no identifiable data to provide, even when legally requested. This includes:
- No IP addresses
- No browsing history or DNS queries
- No connection timestamps
- No metadata or bandwidth usage logs
2. Government and Law Enforcement Requests
We disclose all legal requests we receive, including National Security Letters (NSLs), court orders, and subpoenas.

As of this report, SwishVPN has received no requests for user data and has disclosed no user information to any government or third party.
3. Third-Party Requests
SwishVPN does not respond to third-party requests for user information unless required by law. We have not received any DMCA subpoenas or civil discovery requests related to VPN activity.
4. Warrant Canary
As of May 4, 2025, SwishVPN has:
- Not received any National Security Letters (NSLs)
- Not been subject to any gag orders or surveillance requests
- Not installed any backdoors in our systems
5. Independent Audit Plans
We are preparing for an independent, third-party audit of our privacy infrastructure and logging policies in late 2025. The findings will be published here in full.
