1. We Don't Log Your Activity

SwishVPN maintains a strict No-Logs Policy. We do not monitor, record, or store any data related to your online activity while using our VPN. This includes:

  • Browsing history
  • Traffic content or destinations
  • IP addresses (source or assigned)
  • DNS queries
  • Connection timestamps associated with identity
  • Bandwidth usage per user

2. What We Do Collect (Minimal and Anonymous)

To ensure service quality and security, we collect the bare minimum technical data:

  • Account data: Email, username, hashed password
  • Billing info: Processed by Stripe; not stored by us
  • Aggregate connection logs: Anonymous connection counts (no IPs, timestamps, or metadata)

None of this data can be linked back to your VPN activity.

3. Why This Matters

Many VPN providers claim to offer privacy — we build it into our infrastructure. Our architecture ensures that even if compelled legally, we have nothing to hand over that compromises your privacy.

4. No Third-Party Logging

SwishVPN does not use third-party analytics tools inside our VPN servers. Our DNS is fully encrypted and handled by our own secure resolvers.

5. Legal Compliance and Transparency

We comply with U.S. law and applicable global privacy frameworks (including GDPR). However, due to our No-Logs architecture, we cannot and do not share any identifiable VPN usage data — because none exists.

6. Independent Verification (Coming Soon)

SwishVPN will undergo independent audits of our infrastructure and logging practices to reinforce trust and transparency. We are committed to publishing these results in our Transparency Report.
