  • Uploading, downloading, or sharing illegal content, including child sexual abuse material or pirated content
  • Harassment, stalking, threats, or abuse of others
  • Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices
  • Interfering with or disrupting SwishVPN servers or networks
  • Bypassing regional content restrictions where doing so is prohibited by law

3. Security Obligations

You must not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network operated by SwishVPN or connected third parties. Tampering with or circumventing our technical protections is strictly forbidden.

4. Enforcement and Termination

SwishVPN reserves the right to investigate violations of this policy. We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that breach this AUP without prior notice and without refund.

We may cooperate with law enforcement if required by applicable law, though no activity logs are stored due to our No-Logs Policy.

6. Changes to this Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of SwishVPN after changes are posted indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
